I have to tell you all, I never get tired of this view. There is just something about the desert and those darn cactus! It is our second week here after a super eventful 16 days on the road from East Jordan to Mesa. Yea, we know, we never do anything the easy way and this was no exception. In fact, even we thought it was a bit much!

This picture is from sunset tonight. We decided to cook out on the grill and enjoy the sunset. Moose got a little excited when a coyote cruised across the wash right near us. Guess he thought they should get to know each other.

Speaking of the wash. It seemed like a great idea to be right next to a wash until it rained for four days. You know, that's why they call it it wash. It was like being back on the river!

Anyway, it's after nine and we wake up really early here, so I'll say g'night and talk with you all later!
